Description
Legendario Domingo Cenizo is made with Maguey cenizo in Nombre de Dios, Durango by the familia mezcalera Colón. With organic cultivation, the agave feeds from sun and rains during the 8-9 year span it takes to reach maturity. The agave is cooked in rustic overns that are ignited with Tepehuaje (Lead Tree), a type of wood endemic to this regeion. A mix of savory earthy flavors and sweet fruit with texture, complexity, and acidity.
